1/ ELECTRIC POWER EQUIPMENT >
Electric power equipment includes: electrical distribution boards, automatic transfer switchboards, cables and adapters, electricity metering devices. It is an important link in the power supply system of a facility, responsible for the transmission of electricity to end points.

To improve the safety of the facility, we use only modern electric power equipment from leading manufacturers.
The selection of electrical equipment is made taking into account the technical and operational features of the facility. Subsequent installation is carried out in accordance with all the requirements of the current SNiP
2/ LOW-CURRENT NETWORKS >
At each facility, low-current networks are laid, the task of which is to ensure the functioning of devices that do not require a voltage of 220-240 V. Low-current engineering networks include: video surveillance, fire and burglar alarms, communication lines and the Internet.

When designing and implementing low-current engineering systems, we comply with a number of prerequisites, based on the characteristics of the facility and the wishes of the customer, to avoid short circuits and emergencies in the future.
3/ LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEMS >
High-quality electric lighting of facilities allows you to optimally organize production and work processes. The calculation and design of these systems takes into account the presence of natural light, the interior features of each room, as well as safety requirements.

6/ FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS >
To have a fire alarm at an industrial facility is a prerequisite for its commissioning. The fire alarm allows you to minimize damage, promptly eliminate the threat that has arisen, and also ensure the safety of the lives of employees and material assets in the event of a fire.

We design and install warning systems, fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems, calculate fire risk and determine the category of premises by fire hazard. The selection of a fire alarm system is carried out considering all established standards. The modern and reliable equipment we use ensures prompt detection and localization of the fire source.
7/ TELEVISION SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS >
CCTV systems are used to ensure an adequate level of protection of one or several locations at once. They allow remote monitoring of the industrial site, in low light conditions also. Automation of the video surveillance process excludes the human factor and subjectivity of information perception.

8/ PHYSICAL ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS >
PACS (physical access control system) allows you to control the access to the territory of the facility or in individual rooms. It is an effective system for controlling working hours and late arrivals of employees, limiting access to separate rooms for visitors, specialists of various departments, and access levels.

Depending on the existing tasks, the entrance to the territory can be organized by access cards, bracelets, key fobs, fingerprints, by entering a code or pressing a button. It is possible to implement the integration of PACS with other systems such as video surveillance, burglar alarms, etc.

9/ WARNING AND EVACUATION CONTROL SYSTEMS >
The warning and evacuation control system in case of fire warns people in the building about an emergency. For commercial and industrial facilities, the presence of this system is a prerequisite for commissioning.

The evacuation is controlled by means of transmission of developed texts through the system. Their purpose is to prevent panic attacks and transmit information about the required direction of movement. The system includes light indicators of the direction of evacuation, light displays "Exit", remote opening of additional evacuation exits. In addition, it can be used to broadcast service or advertising ads.

We design and install warning and evacuation control systems in case of fire in accordance with the established regulatory documents of the Ministry of Emergencies, and other regulations.
10/ MONITORING OF ENGINEERING SYSTEMS OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES >
The system for monitoring of engineering systems of buildings and facilities (SMIS) provides the ability to comprehensively control all processes using remote access to diagnostics, as well as effective planning of preventive and repair work.

12/ AUTOMATION OF THERMAL

1/ DESIGN OF STAGES “P” and “D” >
Automated process control systems (APCS) are designed individually for each client, tailored to his specific requirements. Designing "P" and “D" (project and working documentation) stages is an important step in the process of automation of technological processes.

It’s when we develop the design choices for the entire system and its parts, build on the collected data and the analysis performed. During the design phase, we determine the structure and functions of subsystems, select and develop software, the structure and concept of the database, as well as other necessary parameters. We approve the functionality of equipment and prepare sketches. After the approval of the whole project, we prepare final documents, develop technical specifications for contractors, working documentation and software. As well as all necessary documentation for APCS which is necessary for the subsequent approval of work by the Moscow State Expertise (MSE) and the following implementation of the system.

We carry out the design of stages "P" and “D" in accordance with the current norms and tasks facing the client. And, if necessary, we provide assistance in getting approval of working documentation by the MSE.
2/ ASSISTANCE IN GETTING
MSE APPROVAL >
The MSE approval is an audit and verification of the technical part of the project documentation for compliance with the established requirements and standards. Competent preparation and assistance in this process allows you to avoid the need for revision of the project — to save time and money.

3/ PREPARATION OF WORKING DOCUMENTATION >
Preparation of working documentation is required for any industrial automation project. The final document includes a complete list of required equipment, consumables, software packages with their cost, and also determines other costs. This allows us to provide an actual cost of implementing the automation project – a financial quote. On its basis, a budget for the whole automation project can be properly formed and financing received.

4/ APPROVAL OF PROJECT DOCUMENTS BY MSE >
Approval of project documentation by MSE is carried out in order to confirm the rational use of funds and resources at the design, development and implementation stages of the automation system.
